Under this Umachhatra scheme, instead of paying every year, only one time payment of Rs. 31,000/- provides financial security to your family in the event of the death of the principal member till the age of 55 years. After the death, financial assistance of Rs.10 lakhs to the family by Umachhatra as a blessing from Umiya.

Rules and Regulations of the Umachhatra Scheme
The primary objective of the Vishv Umiyadham is to promote the faith of the global community in Maa Uma, to awaken spiritual consciousness, to strengthen social sentiment, and to create organized business connections worldwide for Umiyadham. The organization is committed to bringing everyone under the umbrella of Maa Uma, addressing the needs of deserving families with respect in the fields of education, health, employment, business, sports, and culture. According to the provisions of the Benevolent Fund, the organization humbly aims to provide mutual assistance to Umachhatra members. The untimely death of a young person is an economic demise for the family. In the past, friends helped families through traditional means. Today, the situation is different, and old customs have changed. The "Umachhatra Kavach" worth ₹ 10 lakh is a blessing from Maa Umiyaji.
An individual between the ages of 18 and 52, who is physically and mentally healthy and approved by the organization, can become a member of the "Umachhatra" scheme. A copy of a valid age proof document, such as a passport, PAN card, driving license, or Aadhaar card, along with a recent utility bill (electricity or tax) for the last three months, voter ID, rent receipt, or a copy of land record 7/12, must be submitted along with the application, along with a passport-sized photo.
Any organization, company, trust, or individual can register under the "Umachhatra" scheme by depositing a specified contribution. The organization will approve the individual as a member and, according to the regulations, assistance will be provided to the individual and their family.
An initial payment of ₹ 4000 is required with the application, and an annual contribution of at least ₹ 1200 to ₹ 2000 must be made until the age of 55. To avoid the hassle of annual payments, those who are able can make a one-time contribution of ₹ 31,000. This amount can be deposited through a check, cash, or online application under the name "Vishv Umiyaji Suraksha Kavach."
If you wish to deposit cash or a check, you can go to the nearest Bank of Baroda branch, obtain a deposit slip, and write “Vishv Umiyaji Suraksha Kavach” in the name column and the mobile number of the prospective member in the account number section (starting with UCZ). You can deposit the selected contribution amount. The receipt and acknowledgment letter can be obtained from the website.
At any time, the initial contribution can be converted into an unwavering option by paying the remaining contribution, in which case the contributions made each year will not be refunded.
After verifying the application details, the Umachhatra committee will grant membership within 30 days. After two years of depositing ₹ 4000 and one year after completing ₹ 31,000, if a member passes away due to an accident or any cause other than murder or suicide, a financial aid of ₹ 10 lakh will be provided to the member's family within 30 days according to the provisions. In the future, the Umachhatra Kavach may be considered for amounts ranging from ₹ 20 lakh to ₹ 50 lakh, and the contribution for these amounts will be determined accordingly.
In the event of a member's death, the family or any representative must inform the organization's office. The purpose of Umachhatra is to support the family's sustenance after the untimely death of a young member; therefore, Umachhatra support is not intended for personal use or investments like FD, PPF, or high-return investments. The organization particularly advises families and workers to use it wisely.
The family must submit the designated form and evidence to the organization's office within a maximum of 30 days following the member's death. Upon verification, the family will receive the support according to the provisions. If necessary, the family may need to provide confirmation of family relations through two witnesses as per the organization's designated format.
If a member has no sons, only daughters, then the parents may receive 30% of the Umachhatra support, provided they submit a request letter. If the wife of the deceased member remarries into another family, then 50% of the aid will be given to the parents and 50% to the children, depending on where they reside. Alternatively, as custodians, the organization will pay the children when they turn 18, along with bank interest. In such cases, the organization's decision will be final and binding.
Assistance will be provided to the member's immediate family members, including parents, grandparents, children, and spouses. In the case of natural or human-made disasters resulting in 16 or more member deaths, the first 50 families will receive ₹ 3 lakh as Umachhatra support, with the final decision regarding any changes based on funds resting with the organization.
If any rule is violated, if a member resigns or if the member turns 55, membership will be canceled, and no assistance or refund will be granted.
If the applicant has a serious life-threatening illness, they will not be eligible for membership. Membership obtained by concealing information or in the case of suicide, suspicious murder, or unnatural death will not be eligible for Umachhatra support. Membership cannot be acquired solely for the purpose of gaining benefits or donations.
Any assistance requested, administrative expenses, and the total amount due to natural or human-made causes will be requested from Umachhatra members through email or other means, approximately 2000 times a year. Members who have paid ₹ 31,000 must submit a DIRECT DEBIT form, signed on both sides, along with a canceled check to the organization's office. Members are required to maintain sufficient balance for NACH DEBIT in their accounts by May 30 each year based on the amount requested.
If the ECS returns, the bank charges will apply, and if a member does not deposit their contribution in cash/check or online into the organization's bank account by July 15, their membership will be canceled, and they will have to comply with new membership regulations to regain benefits.
Apart from the assistance paid to the family of the deceased member, I agree to voluntarily deposit the remaining contributions into the corpus. The organization may use this for treatment, sustenance, death assistance, and its activities. This is with the agreement of my family and descendants and will be binding on us.
Before becoming a member of Umachhatra, it is mandatory to understand all the organization's rules and objectives. The organization may modify or change any determined regulations without notice. The organization's decision regarding implementation or interpretation will be final. No legal action can be taken against the organization, its trustees, officers, employees, or contributing donors, and all heirs of the member will be bound to accept these terms.
